One of the problems in Batu Beriga Village is problem education. From educational statistics for village community, highest number graduates 517 was elementary school graduates, then 342 junior high and 280 graduates. And also data on dropouts were 10 dropouts, 15 people dropped out school. The twelve-year compulsory education program with policies programs Student Operational Assistance (BOS) Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) set by government. Therefore, knowledge about importance PKBM will be given to out-of-school children an Inspirational Talk Show Strengthening Educational Motivation Dropout Children collect children's interest participating PKBM, registering take part PKBM. method used counseling preparation licensing stages, implementation stage, evaluation stage.
